These are 1" handlebar mounts for our Thrust Line of speakers for bikes with smaller bars.  They will fit 1" down to 7/16.  The Thrust ships with kit for 1 1/8 to 1.25, but this kit replaces the stock set and allows it to fit smaller bar bikes
