QUESTION:  What do I do if I have a problem or issue?

Please contact us via the site you purchased.   We market on multiple sites with different vendors.  The vendor can handle your issue and if its our site we will handle direct.  All items have 90 day warranty on them.  Please provide order number and name ordered under for faster service.  Most often items are replaced ASAP if under warranty.

Returns can be done within 90 days of date of sale as long as item comes back as sent ....warranty on most items is 90 days for repair or replacement.  Returns are subject to 15% restock fee if they do not come back as sent.
